Open one. Start dragging. No instructions needed.

Why RamanSim

Named for a physicist who saw what others couldn't.

Sir C.V. Raman won India's first science Nobel using simple, inexpensive equipment — proving that great science doesn't need great budgets. RamanSim carries that spirit into the classroom.

Most students meet maths as rules to memorise. We think the hardest ideas become easy the moment you can see them move. So every RamanSim simulation opens onto something you can drag, with the explanation arriving only after you've already felt how it works.

Built for Class 7 students in Telangana, aligned to the new Ganita Prakash textbook, in English and Telugu — and free for every school, the way PhET has always been.

1

Interact first

You're dragging something within three seconds. No walls of text before the fun.

2

The aha is yours

The surprise comes from your own hand, not from a paragraph telling you the answer.

3

Any phone, any student

Light enough for a low-cost Android on a slow connection. Telugu or English, your choice.

4

Free, and staying free

For schools, this costs nothing. That's a promise, not a trial.
